No, our waterproof covers are not made from a breathable cloth. This is because breathable coatings are hydrophilic, they are designed to attract moisture, and this can make the coating more susceptible to wear and deterioration when used for seat covers. However, the cloth we use has been chosen for its textured surface which diminishes moisture build-up in warm weather. In practice you will find the covers comfortable even on long journeys with the assurance that liquid spills or wet clothing will not penetrate the cloth or stain your seats.
We use a good quality 600 denier polyester with a PU backing so our covers are comfortable and 100% waterproof.
Our covers can be machine washed - we advise that they are washed on a 30 degree wash, with a non-bio laundry detergent, and using no fabric softener.
These covers are not suitable for the tumble dryer and they will need to be air dried.
It is very unusual for us to receive incidents of our products failing. However, all of our covers are guaranteed for 2 years against a manufacturing defect.

Our universal covers are not guaranteed to fit any style of vehicle - if you purchase and are not happy with the fit we will be happy to resolve this for you.
Yes! Our seat covers are compatible with heated seats.
Our rubber mats are made from a checkerboard 3mm rubber.

Shipping & Delivery
Yes we do. There is a shipping calculator and all of our shipping prices are based on weight and will depend what is in your cart as to how much you will be charged.
Most of Europe will be offered International Tracked through Royal Mail or a Courier service (if available).
For the rest of the world, and some parts of Europe only International Tracked via Royal Mail is available.
If you are not receiving a postage option it may be that the products in your cart are too heavy and exceed international shipping limits. Please contact us if this is the case.
In some cases where goods exceed 2kg international items may be posted in more than one package.
We aim to dispatch purchased goods within 1 working day, so items purchased on a Monday would be dispatched no later than Tuesday, items purchased on a Friday would be dispatched no later than Monday (except in the case of Public Holidays).
Occasionally there are delays out of our control and while we do our best to inform you of these that is not always possible.
Items purchased after 2.30pm may not be dispatched the same day.
Please note that this information may be different for orders containing rubber mats. While we try and stock a majority of rubber mats - some of these are made to order and will take 3-5 days (these will be dispatched separately to the seat covers).
In the UK
Free postage will generally be sent via Royal Mail 24 and most of the time the delivery is next day but it is not a guaranteed service. Parcels going to Northern Scotland, Ireland, and the Channel Islands may take longer.
There is the option to pay more for guaranteed express delivery - this will upgrade your parcel to a courier delivery.
For larger orders they are normally sent by courier.
We use DPD as our courier.
Please note that this information may be different for orders containing rubber mats.
Royal Mail is usually used for international orders. Parts of Europe are given DPD as an option at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to change your order before dispatching.
If there is a price discrepancy this will need to be resolved before we can make any changes to your order.
VAT invoices are included in the parcel.
Prior to purchasing - If you are applicable for receiving VAT Free goods then please contact us where we can check your eligibility and sort out an appropriate order.
This is not something we are able to do over the website.
We are unable to supply your goods VAT free if you have already purchased.
We offer the use of PayPal on our website. You can also checkout using Worldpay to pay by card.

You can also pay on collection but this will need to be prearranged - please contact us if you wish to collect.
We only collect reviews from our customers after they have received and tried their order. Our reviews will have the "verified buyer" badge next to them so you can be assured that you are reading genuine reviews.
If you have purchased on the website you will receive an email approximately two weeks after you have received your product asking you for a review.
