You are welcome to return purchased items in their original unmarked condition within 14 days of receipt of the item for either an exchange or a full refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returns where bespoke items have been made at your request and are unsuitable for resale.  

No reason has to be provided for a return although we always welcome feedback particularly if you are not satisfied with the product.

Returns should be sent to the following address and we recommend that you send them by a tracked method of shipping, such as by recorded delivery as if we do not receive the item then we will be unable to refund the cost of purchase.

Unless the item is defective or not as described then the cost of returning items is at the buyers expense. Please ensure you include some information in the parcel so that we will know who has sent it, preferably including the relevant invoice number and your name, address, telephone number and the reason for the return.

If you wish to return an item due to it being defective or not as described then on request we will provide a pre-paid returns bag for you which can be dropped off at a local Post Office and we recommend you ask for proof of postage when doing so. Refunds (if applicable)

Where you have returned an item with a request for a refund, if your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 working days.

Your statutory rights are unaffected by our returns policy.
