Seat Covers

No, our waterproof covers are not made from a breathable cloth. This is because breathable coatings are hydrophilic, they are designed to attract moisture, and this can make the coating more susceptible to wear and deterioration when used for seat covers.  However, the cloth we use has been chosen for its textured surface which diminishes moisture build-up in warm weather.  In practice you will find the covers comfortable even on long journeys with the assurance that liquid spills or wet clothing will not penetrate the cloth or stain your seats.

We use a good quality 600 denier polyester with a PU backing so our covers are comfortable and 100% waterproof. You can read more about our material here.

Our covers can be machine washed - we advise that they are washed on a 30 degree wash, with a non-bio laundry detergent, and using no fabric softener.

These covers are not suitable for the tumble dryer and they will need to be air dried.

It is very unusual for us to receive incidents of our products failing. However, all of our covers are guaranteed for 2 years against a manufacturing defect. 

We also offer a 3 month satisfaction guarantee so you can return your covers for any reason within 3 months of purchase.

Our universal covers are not guaranteed to fit any style of vehicle - if you purchase and are not happy with the fit we will be happy to resolve this for you.

Yes! Our seat covers are compatible with heated seats.

In some cases there can be multiple variation of seats in one vehicle. If you need any help to choose which seat covers you need, please get in touch so we can help.

Fitment is different for all of our seat covers but here are some handy hints.

  • Lay out and identify the pieces before you try to fit them to ensure you've got everything and you know where it's going.
  • For models with side airbag slots these will always be fitted on the outside of the seat, not the inside. Our airbag slots are a line down the side of the cover held together by two weak stitches.
  • When fitting headrests the seams should be fitted to the front.
  • When fitting seat parts that are only part elasticated, always fit the bound side first and then the elastic. Sometimes this will be tight when fitting so it fits snug once it's in the right place!
  • Our straps are sewn in the direction they are meant to be pulled; i.e. front to back, side to side, etc.
  • Most of the time headrests will need to be removed in order to fit the covers.
  • Zips will always be on the front of the cover, not the rear, these are usually used for access to work trays, or so a central seat belt can still be used.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes we do. There is a shipping calculator and all of our shipping prices are based on weight and will depend what is in your cart as to how much you will be charged.

Most of Europe will be offered International Tracked through Royal Mail or a Courier service (if available).


For the rest of the world, and some parts of Europe only International Tracked via Royal Mail is available.

If you are not receiving a postage option it may be that the products in your cart are too heavy and exceed international shipping limits. Please contact us if this is the case.

In some cases where goods exceed 2kg international items may be posted in more than one package.

Please be advised that there may be additional charges relevant to customs that are not applied at checkout. It is the buyer's responsibility to check import regulations in the country they are shipping to.

We aim to dispatch purchased goods within 1 working day, so items purchased on a Monday would be dispatched no later than Tuesday, items purchased on a Friday would be dispatched no later than Monday (except in the case of Public Holidays).  

Occasionally there are delays out of our control and while we do our best to inform you of these that is not always possible.

Items purchased after 2pm may not be dispatched the same day.

Please note that this information may be different for orders containing rubber mats. While we try and stock a majority of rubber mats - some of these are made to order and will take 3-5 days (these will be dispatched separately to the seat covers).

In the UK

Free postage will generally be sent via Royal Mail 24 and most of the time the delivery is next day but it is not a guaranteed service. Parcels going to Northern Scotland, Ireland, and the Channel Islands may take longer.

There is the option to pay more for guaranteed express delivery - this will upgrade your parcel to a courier delivery or tracked service.

For larger orders they are normally sent by courier.

We use DPD or Parcelforce as our courier.

Please note that this information may be different for orders containing rubber mats.

Orders may be left in a safe place, or with neighbours unless other wise instructed.

Internationally

Royal Mail is usually used for international orders. Parts of Europe are given courier as an option at checkout.

This is not usually a problem but we would appreciate if you can contact us to arrange a suitable time for collection.

Returns & Refunds

Absolutely! You can return your seat covers or rubber mats for any reason within 3 months.

Please contact us so we can arrange a return for you.

Once we know the problem we can arrange the return/exchange/refund as necessary.

Oh no! Our covers are guaranteed for 2 years against manufacturing defect.

Order Enquiries

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to change your order before dispatching.

If there is a price discrepancy this will need to be resolved before we can make any changes to your order.

Please contact us if you need to cancel your order. As long as your item has not been dispatched then this is usually not a problem.

VAT invoices are included in the parcel.

Prior to purchasing - If you are applicable for receiving VAT Free goods then please contact us where we can check your eligibility and sort out an appropriate order. 

This is not something we are able to do over the website.

We are unable to supply your goods VAT free if you have already purchased.

We offer the use of PayPal on our website. You can also checkout using Worldpay to pay by card.

If you prefer you can phone the office on 01691778886 if you would like to pay by card over the phone.

You can also pay on collection but this will need to be prearranged - please contact us if you wish to collect.

Reviews

We only collect reviews from our customers after they have received and tried their order. Our reviews will have the "verified buyer" badge next to them so you can be assured that you are reading genuine reviews.

If you have purchased on the website you will receive an email approximately two weeks after you have received your product asking you for a review.

If you have purchased our products elsewhere you can leave reviews on our Trust Pilot page, or on Google.

We are not usually open on the weekends or Bank Holidays.

We are able to offer trade pricing for larger quantities of our products for both UK-based and international businesses interested in stocking or distributing our products.  We can also supply trade to companies with large fleets of vehicles.

Yes! Our factory and warehouse are in Ruabon, Wrexham. We have machinists on site and we also have machinists who work from home - everyone is in the UK though!
